Don't manage time...Create time!
The greatest EXCUSE I hear from those wanting more, is "I don't have time." This simply isn't true. We all have the same 24 hours. It's what you do with that 24 hours that separates the successful from the "I don't have the time" individuals.
So how do you make that happen? How do you find the time to take care of yourself - your fitness goals? By simply managing your time. If you're serious about your goals, and I truly mean serious; I'm talking, you're mad about where you are and you want to be better, you want to be healthier, then you have to learn to CREATE the time.
Creating time is about understanding what is most important; understanding what goals you want to achieve are truly WORTH your time. If health and fitness are one of those, then you have to CREATE the necessary time to help accomplish that goal. I will often hear, following the "I don't have time" statement, how that person slept in, or watched 4 episodes of their favorite TV show. If fitness and health is your goal, then that is NOT creating the time to reach that goal.
So don't just manage your time, CREATE the time to reach your health and fitness goals. All of us have the same 24 hours. No one is blessed with any additional time. The successful just create the time to set them up for success, then act on that time efficiently.
Create that time and achieve greatness!
