Steve Ault is a well established personal trainer and sports performance training coach. With almost 20 years of coaching experience, Steve has seen and handled every type of client, with almost every type of unique needs. He started as a trainer to motivate and educate others to live a healthier lifestyle, and instill in them the knowledge necessary to continue on their own fitness journey. 

As a performance training coach, Steve aims to educate, motivate, and drive each athlete to become the best athlete they can become. His performance training philosophy goes by a P.A.S.S. approach; which includes Plyometrics, Agility, Speed & Strength. He includes each of these styles in to each of his performance training sessions.
